How do I cancel/reschedule my class?

To easily cancel or reschedule your class visit the "Your Classes" page. If you are signed into your account and are unable to select cancel or reschedule it is because your class is set to begin within the four hour window. If you need to cancel this class, we appreciate you Contacting Us so we can let your educator know. Be sure to review the Glamour Grasp Cancellation Polic y for further information about refunds and cancellation deadlines.

Why do I have to pay for the class upfront?

At Glamour Grasp, we pride ourselves on providing a varity of scheduling times with our educators that allow you to book your class around your busy schedule. In order to respect the time of our educators, we require the course be paid up front to secure the booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel a class you may do so four hours before your scheduled appointment and recieve a full refund for your class.

Can I take a Glamour Grasp lesson with a friend or group?

Glamour Grasp classes are designed to be taken one-on-one with your educator to provide the most personalized instruction based on your specific needs, skill set, and facial chracteristics. However, if a student is under the age of 16, we recommend a parent be present for the lesson. In the future we hope to offer live group classes for Glamour Grasp members. In the meantime, we offer free video demonstrations that can be viewed in the Member's Library and we welcome our members to share these videos with their friends and family.

How should I prepare for my class?

To get the most out of your Glamour Grasp makeup lesson it is important to first fill out your Beauty Profile. Your personalized Beauty Profile allows for your class to be customized based on your specific needs, skin tone and type. Next, in the Member's Library you will find the recommended product list for your class. You will also find numerous resources, newest blog posts and video tutorials. The day of your class: Before your class it is best to cleane your face, have your makeup products and tools easily accesable and prop your phone, tablet, or desktop computer in a brightly lit area. If you do not already have a Zoom account, we recommend that you take a few moments to set up a free Zoom account prior to your lesson so that you can easily access your scheduled class. In your booking confirmation you will see a Zoom link to your class, simply click that link to join the Zoom sesson and begin your class!

I had an issue with my lesson, who should I contact?

At Glamour Grasp we aim to provide you will the best service possible and we want to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. After every class you will recieve a link to our Feedback Form where you can leave feedback about your experience. If you need immediate assistance, please use our Contact Form and select "Customer Service," in the dropdown menu. We will get back to you as quickly as possible to assist you.

Can I book multiple classes?

Unfortunatly, at this time our booking system does not allow you to select multiple classes at once. However, you can easily book a class and then book an additional class in the following time slot with the same instructor. If you are having a hard time finding a time slot that fits both classes in succession, feel free to Contact Us and we will do our best to accomodate you!
